Are we able to receive and/or ship packages for customers?

Generally, yes, we will receive and forward or ship packages on behalf of customers. There are size and weight limits to what we will receive; these restrictions are listed in each country’s House Rules. For more details, reach out to your CMTL.

NAM ONLY – We will not forward or ship any mail, letters or packages, internationally for any type of VO customer on our centre FedEx account. The customer may provide their own shipping label and details of the package contents in order for us to forward/ship the package on their behalf.
