Do I need to add an uplift when charging for maintenance work or will the system automatically add plus VAT?

Add as a one time charge in TeamHub > Add service or product > Office Fitout. Ensure you include the 30% uplift. Do not the VAT/TAX as the system will add this when the invoice is raised.

For any other services, when adding into TeamHub you will need to check if the uplift is added automatically – you can see this on the screen before confirming the charge.
