How are customers billed for scanning, with the cloud solution?

If the customer is processing the scans themselves, they will need to follow the printing process below in the Guide to Cloud printing and use their own WorldKey PIN found in their online account.; making sure it is the correct PIN for the correct account at your centre.

If you are processing the scans for the customer you will:

  1. Charge the customer for Admin Support
  2. Use the customer’s own WorldKey PIN for the correct centre account found in the customer’s online account via MyRegus
