By default, the fax function is not enabled during Canon cloud upgrades as this is generally not a popular feature for our customers.
However, if you previously had fax capability and wish to have it re-enabled please raise an IT ticket.
Please note – you will only have fax functionality available if your device has a Fax card. If you don’t, then you will not be able to have a new faxing functionality added.
To find out if your device has a Fax card:
- At your Canon device, press the ‘123’ button on the keypad
- Go to ‘Device Info’
3. Select ‘Check Device Configuration’
4. Then use the down arrow to search for ‘Fax board’
