How can I view my centre NPS score?

CM Team Leads are emailed a weekly Operations Report which provides progress on your main operations KPIs, including NPS scores.

The NPS tab shows quarterly average scores for Office, VO and Short-stay customers, both for the whole cluster and individual centres.

Contact your CMTL who can provide you with your centre’s weekly NPS scores.

Customer survey responses can be monitored in TeamHub, these show how customers have scored the centre for all surveys completed.
