How do I access TeamHub on my Windows 10 laptop or computer?

We have pushed the TeamHub application to all IWG Windows 10 devices. This includes computers, laptops and Surface tablets.

You can access TeamHub in one of two ways:

  • Go to the search bar at the bottom of your screen, type in ‘TeamHub’ and you will see the TeamHub icon. Click on this and log in.
  • Alternatively, if you click the Windows icon at the bottom left of your screen you will see it under ‘Recently Added’. Click on this and log in.

If you have a Windows 10 device and do not see TeamHub via these routes, please raise an IT Ticket for support (Problems affecting me > Applications).

If you do not have a Windows 10 device, your device may be eligible to upgrade from Windows 7 in Q4 2020 (you will be contacted if this is the case) or other devices are under review. Until then, please continue to use TeamHub on a iOS/Android mobile phone or tablet device.
