VO Mail Forwarding fees can be managed via TeamHub. You can add, edit, and terminate these services as needed to accommodate your customer’s needs.
To amend/terminate the service: TeamHub > Company > View/Amend upcoming invoice > Recurring.
To add the service: TeamHub > Company > Add service or product
The customer can have the choice of having their mail forwarded monthly, weekly, or daily. You can find pricing for the different mail forwarding frequencies in the Global Service Price list, searchable on the Intranet.
