How do I check in a Lounge customer on TeamHub?

STEP ONE: Go to Center > Receive a visitor > Lounge

This screen shows the current Lounge check-ins at your centre, if there are ‘No results found’ this is because you have not checked any Lounge visitors in today. You can use the search bar to find a particular booking you have checked in.

STEP TWO: Click the ‘add icon’ in the bar at the bottom of the screen

STEP THREE: Use the search bar to find your visitor and check them in.
Use the ‘Global search’ tab if the customer is not based at your centre (you will only have access to customers within your home country)

Notes :

  • For the search bar, type in their membership number OR contact name OR company name.
  • Alternatively you can browse the Centre or Global tabs to find the contact to check in
