How can I help customers with their IT and Telecom requirements?

You can review Service guides on PAL to understand our current services and provide this to the customer. They may already be aware of the service needed to meet their needs.

You can also visit IT self-help site for answers to the most frequently answered questions.

If you are unsure which of our IT services to recommend to a customer to suit their requirements, you can email IT.salessupport@regus.com. The IT sales team can follow up with the customer directly and configure/bill the services accordingly.
