How do I get the latest version of TeamHub for desktop (Windows 10)?

For mobile phones, simply update via your app store in the same way as you would any other app.

For the desktop application, updates are automatically pushed to your device. However, if you don’t have the latest version, simply log out and restart your device and this will generally sync any pending updates. If this does not work:

  • Please log an IT ticket via the link here to report that you did not receive an automatic update, and to ensure that this is resolved going forward.
  • In the meantime, if you urgently need to access the newer version of TeamHub you can complete the steps below to force the update:

STEP ONE: Go to the search bar on your desktop and type ‘Company Portal’. Click on it to open

STEP TWO: In the Company Portal, search for ‘TeamHub’ and select the TeamHub application from the results

STEP THREE: Click the ‘Install’ button and this will apply the latest version.
