If a customer changes to a completely different product (for example, VO to Office / VO to Membership Office, etc):
Go to Company > Amend agreement > Change product
Remember, customers can only move to a product of the same or higher value as their existing agreement. It is out of policy to downsize to a product with a smaller monthly fee.

EXCEPTION: If a customer changes from a Membership product to Office/VO:
Create an OSA in the Sales App for their new product > Send the signed OSA to membership.OSA@regus.com to terminate the Membership product.
If a customer changes from a VO product to a different VO product (for example, VO to VO+):
Go to Company > Amend agreement > Upgrade/downgrade product
