How do I process an early termination when there is a strong financial business case?

Generally speaking, customers are not allowed to early terminate. The only exception which would be considered is if there is a financial benefit to IWG to allow the customer to early terminate. For example, the centre is 100% occupied and the office(s) can be immediately re-sold for a higher rate.

All requests for early terminations require approval from the GSC Approval Committee. No other approval is accepted, not AVP or EVP; only the GSC Approval Committee can approve or deny early termination requests.

When ready, submit the request for early termination via TeamHub > Company > Amend agreement > Request early termination (see video guide here). In your ticket be sure to include specific contract values to support your “financial business case”. For example, “The current customer is paying $1000 per month, has 3 months left on their agreement, and already submitted their termination to non-renew. The new customer will be paying $1500 per month for 12 months.
