How do I process an office move and also change the term?

In TeamHub you can’t change the term as part of the ‘Move within this centre’ button, therefore please use the following processes:

  • If you want to process a move and extend the term: you will need to complete the office move first via ‘move within this centre’, then process the change of term via ‘Amend upcoming renewal’. See Agreement Process Guide for full details.
  • If you want to process a move and change from month to month to fixed term: you will need to process this as a paper agreement and email billing. See Agreement Processing FAQs for more details.

This is because the end date cannot be edited in ‘Move within this centre’ button:

However, the Start date is always editable because the customer is able to move offices any time in their agreement, but in this journey it must be at least one day before the End date of the booking (otherwise this would need to be processed as an office move at renewal).

If the start date is not editable in this way, please raise an IT ticket.
