How do I setup a customer with their own account for parking, separate from their main company account?

Sometimes an employee from a company may wish to pay for personal parking on their own account, rather than paying on the company account.

To set this up please take the following steps:

Step one: Go to TeamHub > Company > Select Company

Step two: Click the ‘Add company’ icon in the bottom left corner

Step three: Complete all fields (noting the following below) then click ‘Submit’

  • Company name = first and last name of the parking customer
  • Customer type = “Parking Only – Monthly”

Step four: Add parking as a recurring service to this newly set up customer as per the usual process (via Company > Add service or product > Parking > Parking – recurring)
