How do I transfer responsibility of a current agreement to a new customer?

In some cases, we will allow customers to assign the responsibility of the service agreement to another party provided the proper legal forms are completed.

To do so, please have both parties complete the Assignment of Service Agreement addendum and submit via TeamHub> Booking Corrections. Be sure to save a copy to both the Customers’ e-File.

Please note – Per 1.1 in the Global Terms & Conditions, the service agreement “CREATES NO TENANCY INTEREST, LEASEHOLD ESTATE OR OTHER REAL PROPERTY INTEREST WITH RESPECT TO THE ACCOMMODATION”. Ultimately, this means customers cannot sublease the office space to a third party.
