How do I upgrade a Membership customer?

A customer can change products from Membership to Office/VO. Please follow the below process:

  1. Create an OSA for their new product.
  2. Send the signed OSA to Membership.OSA@regus.com. This team will terminate the Membership product.

You can also use the above process for changing a Membership customer’s access level (ie, 5 /10 /unlimited days of access)
