How do I upgrade to the latest version of TeamHub?

For mobile phones: simply update your app via your app store/settings in the same way as you would any other app (available on iOS or Android). Exact steps will depend on your device preferences, for example:

  • You can enable auto-updates for the app going forward
  • If you prefer to always do a manual update, you can view pending app updates via your app store. TeamHub will notify you when an update is required.

For the desktop application: updates are automatically pushed to your device. However, if you don’t have the latest version, simply log out and restart your device and this will generally sync any pending updates.

If this does not work please take the following steps:

STEP ONE: Go to the search bar on your desktop and type ‘Company Portal’. Click on it to open

STEP TWO: In the Company Portal, search for ‘TeamHub’ and select the TeamHub application from the results

STEP THREE: Click the ‘Install’ button and this will apply the latest version.
