How do we opt a VO customer out of mail forwarding services?

Firstly you must delete the existing mail forwarding service, then add a new service under ‘Collects Mail from Centre’ (zero cost), so that everyone knows that this customer has opted out of mail forwarding.

  1. Terminate the recurring service via TeamHub:
  • Go to TeamHub > Company > Select Company > View/amend upcoming invoice
  • Select the recurring tab and choose the service you wish to amend (e.g. mail forwarding)
  • Click the edit icon in the bottom toolbar
  • To terminate the service change the end date to the earliest possible date

2. Add the new ‘Collects from centre service’:

  • Go to Company > ‘Add service or product’ > Postage and Franking’ > Select ‘Collects Mail from Centre’.
