Suspense items need to be allocated to the customer accounts before they are terminated so they can be added to their invoice. See the Centre Daily Report guide on how to allocate these items once you have identified which customer the charges apply to and need to be billed.
Suspense items for customer accounts that have been terminated cannot be allocated and will be removed by an IT datafix when agreed by the IWG senior business management team.
