The customer should log in to their online account:
1. Go to Account > Products and services > Workspaces and services.
2. Select the product they wish to terminate (e.g. Office):
3. Select the agreement they wish to terminate and click ‘END AGREEMENT‘:
Please note, the ‘END AGREEMENT’ button is disabled for Community Teams to use via Staff Mode.
For security reasons, the customer must submit their own termination, as per their agreement terms and conditions.
