Customers may have multiple accounts in their online account, if they have various products or offices at different locations. Each account has a unique WorldKey PIN so that their printing can be billed to the account of their choice.
To ensure printing is billed to the correct account, customers should ensure they are using the correct WKP, as shown below:
STEP ONE: Go to their online account and switch to the account they want the printing to be billed to, by clicking the dropdown in the top right corner and select the preferred account:
STEP TWO: Go to ‘Quick Access‘ and you will find the WorldKey PIN (WKP) associated to that specific account:
- If the customer chose the WorldKey PIN of the same location as the printer they are using (e.g. they used the WKP of their office in New York, for the printer at the same New York centre), then they will be billed to that account’s default company payment method
- If the customer chose the WorldKey PIN of a different location than the printer they are using (e.g. they used the WKP of their office in New York, for a printer in a California centre) then this will be billed as a ‘Membership roaming charge’ to the personal payment method on the user’s online account. If the user does not have a payment card added to their personal profile, then an invoice will be raised (which can be accessed by any Admin of their company online account).
- When printing in other countries to their home centre, an invoice will be raised (which can be accessed by any Admin of their company online account.
To check the default payment method for an account, go to Account > Billing and payments > Manage payment methods and select the ‘Default payment preferences‘ tab.
