The rate for Business Continuity varies per centre. The rate is calculated at 3x the centre’s 3-month rate for Standard VO. It is billed as lump sum amount on the customer’s final invoice.
If the customer proactively wants to request this service beyond 3 months, they can opt-out of Business Continuity when processing their self-termination via their online account, and then sign a new agreement for a VO of 3+ months.
If they come to the end of the 3-month period and request 1-2 more months, the fee for Business Continuity may be added via a TeamHub One-Time service. If the customer requests 3 or months, then they should be entered into a new VO agreement.
