PAC REGION ONLY – How do I ensure customers are billed correctly for their Canon printing?

Applicable to the following countries only – East Asia, Southeast Asia, South Asia, Australia, and Oceania. Not applicable to Canon cloud printers.

In order to ensure your customers are billed for their printing on your Canon printer, you must ensure you run the CCRCRSS application once a week, e.g. every Friday (the application should be installed on at least one of your centre devices).

This is because this printing data is retrieved by the CCRCRSS centralized server every Saturday, to bill your customers.

How to run the CCRCRSS application

1. Open ‘CCRCRSS’ located on your desktop:

If you cannot find the application, please log an IT ticket so that the Windows team can install this onto your device.

PLEASE NOTE – the application only needs to be installed on ONE device at your centre, so please check all devices before logging a ticket.

2. Click on ‘System’ > ‘System Setup’:

3. Click on ‘Run’:

4. Let the application finish running:

Note – do not turn off your device until the application has finished running.

5. Once it returns to this window (below), click on the ‘X’ button to exit:

If you are following these steps every week and your customers are not billed, please log an IT ticket so that the Windows Team can check the configuration of your device.
