Should we charge for scanning customer mail if they are on a mail forwarding service?

For customers who have a recurring Mail Forwarding service, you should add a supplementary fee for Admin Support (via TeamHub) if you are opening and scanning their mail. This is because as a standard, scanning is not included within the Mail Forwarding service, so the revenue is captured in an Admin Support fee.

For customers who do not have a Mail Forwarding service, for ad hoc scanning requests you would have to use the customer’s WorldKey PIN in order for their scanning to be billed correctly to their monthly invoice. You can find their WorldKey PIN in their online account.
