- Log in to PS Finance
- Go to HQ Customizations > Billing/AR > Reports N-Z > Service Retainer Report
- Run Control ID = reports (May need to Add a New Value if this is the first time you’re running reports). Click, Search.
- Enter the customer’s Accounting System Ref/PS #, and click Run.
- Click OK. Then wait for the report to be emailed to you.
The PDF report will show the details of the customer’s retainer activity, from when it was originally invoiced and for how much, if it was transferred or applied to invoices or refunded.
