Mail and wire fraud is one the highest federal crimes in the US. As a Commercial Mail Receiving Agent (CMRA) we are responsible for verifying the identity of all contacts associated with a Mailbox Plus/Business Address agreement.
One of the most important things to be diligent about when receiving 1583 forms and ID docs from customers is to make sure you are verifying all of the details, even if the form arrived already notarized; notary stamps can be falsified too.
