What access can Regus customers have to Spaces centres?

Depending on the type of product a customer has, some Regus customers will have Spaces access included in their agreement while others would need to be charged the appropriate day rates. Otherwise they can be directed to the nearest Regus centre for free access.

To understand what access rights a particular customer has, you can check their Membership type in MyRegus > Accounts > Membership. See below for a summary of access for each type of Regus Membership:

Regus Cowork Memberships: include access to Spaces centres. Customers can use the Business Club with their Cowork allowance. These visits should be booked via their online account. Per the global House Rules: All members must check in at reception. Checking in will constitute a day’s usage against the Member’s allocated days per month.

Regus Office Memberships: include access to Spaces centres. Customers can either use a Spaces day office or the Business Club with their free allowance. These visits should be booked via their online account. Per the global House Rules: All members must check in at reception. Checking in will constitute a day’s usage against the Member’s allocated days per month.

Regus Lounge Memberships (including the complimentary Lounge memberships which Office and VO customers receive): access to Spaces is not included in their free allowance because Spaces centres don’t have business lounges, only Business Clubs. To access Spaces the customer can make a Cowork booking in their online account, subject to standard rates.

See IWG product stack for further information on Membership products.

What access do Spaces customers get?

All Spaces in-house members : qualify for access to all global Business Clubs. For Spaces customer only, you should check in Business Club visits using the Receive a visitor button in TeamHub. Spaces members also get a complimentary Lounge Membership which gives them global access to Regus Business Lounges.
