What do we do when a customer requests for us to sign a confidentiality agreement?

In the US & CANADA we do not ever for any reason fill in or sign a customer’s form. If ever in doubt, or customer is adamant, forward the form to NAM.Legal@regus.com to request guidance.

Specifically for confidentiality agreements, we have our own version. The customer may sign our version, but we will not sign theirs. You can find all US & Canadian legal templates on IWG Info Hub under Topics > Legal > Clients and Agreements > Click here for the North American process. Also handy in this section is the Field Legal Guide, which covers how to handle a variety of legal situations from abusive customers, when someone falls in the centre, when police come to the center requesting information, etc.

For ALL OTHER COUNTRIES, best practice is to refer to local leadership and legal teams. Also check out the global Legal policies and processes on IWG Info Hub under Topics > Legal.
