In the US & CANADA we do not ever for any reason fill in or sign a customer’s form. If ever in doubt, or customer is adamant, forward the form to NAM.Legal@regus.com to request guidance.
Specifically for confidentiality agreements, we have our own version. The customer may sign our version, but we will not sign theirs.
