How do I correct the end date of a termination, for a month to month customer which is showing as 5 years time?

You will see Month to Month agreements with an end date of +5 years on your Centre Occupancy Report. However, when the customer terminates they should see the correct end date confirmed to them (not the date on your Occupancy Report).

If this happens, you can correct the customer termination end date by helping them to contact Account Helpdesk or by raising a booking correction task in TeamHub via Company > Log a task > Booking correction.
