Where can I find information about Activation Fees?

The Activation Fees are applicable to Office and Virtual Office customers, wherever there is set up required for their account. For example, a new customer, transfer to a different centre, increasing the number of office occupants, changing product, etc.

The fees will be detailed on the customer’s Service Agreement and in their House Rules, so there is full transparency.
