Where can I find support with my telephony system?

Centres use different telephony systems such as 8×8, Callstream, Ooma, etc.

The Ratestream tool also includes further functionality to complete customer telephony requests, such as:

  • Understanding the per minute rate for long distance/international calls
  • Providing call usage details to support the charges on the customer’s invoice
