In TeamHub you are able to view previous and upcoming invoices, with the ability to amend/delete services for future invoices or request credits for previous items. These buttons are found in the Company section.
For the full transaction history, the statement of account is available in the customer’s online account. ( My Regus / Spaces )
- To view this in the online account ‘Staff Mode’, go to TeamHub > Center > Other systems and select the MyRegus application.
- In MyRegus go to Account > Billing and payments > Invoices and transactions
