How do I find pricing for long distance, national and international calls for my customers?

Pricing of our calls varies per country and in general we apply the pricing of the major telecom provider in the country as a benchmark (with our mark-up).

The rates themselves are available via RateStream. You will need to log in via Centre > Other systems on TeamHub and then click on the Download Tariffs button in the menu on the left hand side as shown below:

You will then need to select your country and click on Submit, which will produce an Excel sheet with our rates, where you will see the pricing for calls on local, national, mobile, toll-free and premium numbers (country-specific rates will be grouped by type and identified by the international two-letter country codes in the last column).

Should you not find the rates for your country, please raise an IT ticket in TeamHub> Help> Raise Support Request> Report an issue>Telephony issue.
