When you see a new Virtual Office (VO) customer starting on your Center Daily Report, follow the Pre-Service Start checklist, including sending the VO Welcome Email template. The VO Welcome Email templates can be found on the IWG Academy.
To support you with this, you will also receive a TeamHub ticket notifying you of all new customers. All onboarding documents will be included in this ticket, via the ‘More Details’ tab.
This is a very important step because the email template includes reference to the monthly recurring Mail Forwarding fee, so the customer is not surprised to see this fee added to their first invoice.
Be sure to send the Welcome Email to ALL incoming new VO customers, and save a copy in the customers Documents & emails folder in TeamHub along with a copy of the Onboarding ChecklistReference: Pre-Service Start Checklist
