How can my customer book the Community Meeting Room if the Services and Benefits tab is not showing in their online account?

Check the CMR is set up as ‘bookable online’ with Global.Inventory@regus.com. If still an issue then raise an IT ticket sending a screenshot of an office customer account where CMR is not showing in Service & Benefits section.
