Why am I being charged to do internal cloud printing, using my staff WorldKey PIN?

IWG team members can do printing, copying, scanning at zero cost. If you are receiving invoices for those print jobs, there may a couple of reasons for this:

  • IWG team members must use their WorldKey PIN from TeamHub, via Personal > WorldKey PIN. You will be incorrectly billed if you use the WorldKey PIN from your MyRegus staff account.
  • IWG team members must use the ‘Login with a staff account’ button when prompted to login while registering or using one of the print methods. See the steps below for the correct way for IWG staff to log in for Canon:

Step one: Choose USER LOGIN

Step 2: Choose ‘Login with a staff account’ (if you use the customer login fields below then you will be billed as a customer)
