Why can’t I add a recurring service to a booking that has ended?

It is not possible to add a recurring service (e.g. parking) with a start date that is after the end date of the booking.

The only ways to maintain this start date for the service, is by processing one of the following options: 

  • At the recurring service as a ‘Direct Sale’ via TeamHub > Company > Add a service or product  
  • Choose another start date for the service which falls within the start and end date of the booking
