Why can’t I find a customer in TeamHub, who is not based in my centre?

To find customers in TeamHub who are not based in your centre, depending on the task you are completing, you may need to adjust the search parameters as follows:

  • Go to the Centre section and switch to the centre that the customer is associated with (in relation to your particular task, e.g. to view previous invoices, select the centre that the invoice relates to)
  • Choose the ‘Global search’ tab, e.g. if you are checking a customer into your Business Lounge:
  • Amend the search filter as needed, using the filter icon next to the customer search bar (e.g. search by Account number if you do not know the exact company name and spelling):
