Why can’t I find a Membership customer on TeamHub?

By design, you can only select Membership customers if you need to check them into your Business Lounge/ Business Club (via Centre > Receive a Visitor > Lounge).

For any other tasks on TeamHub, such as adding services, raising a credit, etc, you will not be able to find Membership customers in the Company search bar.

This is because Membership customers belong to an ‘Ops Centre’ and not your home centre (Ops Centres also cannot be selected in the Centre search bar).

If Membership customers have any requests or queries, these would need to be submitted to the Account Helpdesk via the Help section in their online account.
