Why can’t I install the Canon cloud printer driver?

Customers should follow the instructions in the Canon user guide to install the printer driver.

For Community teams, if you are unable to find/install the uniFLOW SmartClient 2020 Canon printer driver in the Company Portal, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Please restart your computer
  2. Sync your PC:
  • Go to Company Portal
  • Go to Settings
  • Click Sync
  1. Try installing uniFLOW SmartClient 2020 Canon from Company Portal again 

If you still cannot install/find the print driver, there may be a problem with your Windows PC. Please raise an IT ticket and include in your description that you are unable to install the Canon driver for your cloud printer, via the Company Portal. Also include the steps you have tried for the installation and screenshots to show your issue.
