If you are unable to install/find this in the Company Portal, please try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Please restart your computer
- Sync your PC:
- Go to Company Portal
- Go to Settings
- Click Sync
- Try installing HP PrintWhere print driver from Company Portal again
If you still cannot install/find the print driver, there may be a problem with your Windows PC. Please raise an IT ticket as a ‘Company Portal issue‘ and iInclude in your description that you are unable to install the HP PrintWhere driver for your new cloud printer, via the Company Portal. Also include the steps you have tried for the installation and screenshots to show your issue.
