Why can’t I send an OSA via the ‘Move to another centre’ button?

Currently you will need to use a paper agreement for the customer to sign, then upload the signed agreement in TeamHub. This will create a ticket for the GSC to process and you can track progress via Centre > View all tickets.

In the future, we will automate this journey so that OSA can be sent via TeamHub and the booking automatically updated – the same as the ‘Move within this centre’ journey.
