Why can’t I view previous invoices in TeamHub?

You can view your customer’s past invoices via TeamHub > Company > View previous invoices.

However, you must ensure that you have firstly switched to the centre that the invoice is related to.

TIP! The first digits in the invoice number relate to the centre number.

Example: For invoice 284-26699, this relates to centre 284.

This will help you to identify which centre you should be viewing in TeamHub in order to see the invoice under ‘Previous invoices’. If you need to switch to another centre, simply go to the Centre section and use the top banner to search for a different centre.

If you still can’t see the invoice you need, please log an IT ticket to have this investigated.
