Why do I see ‘No results found’ when I use the ‘Upgrade / downgrade product’ button?

The most common reason that users see this message is because ‘Upgrade/downgrade product’ button is only used when changing from a VO product to a different VO product (e.g. VO to VO+).

If you are looking to change from VO to Office product (or other completely different product type), you should instead use the ‘Change product’ button.
