Any person can register to an online account, but customers may see the following message if they have not been added to their company account.
To be able to view the Quick Access section:
- EITHER – An account administrator can add them as a team member via their online account, under the ‘Team’ section
- OR – The customer can click ‘Set up company account’ and follow the instructions to join an existing company in order to request access.
- Administrators of the account will then be able to approve the access via their app/online account.
Once added to the company account, the customer will be able to view their WorldKey PIN via the Quick Access section.
