How can I amend a parking booking in TeamHub if the option is ‘grayed out’?

As a rule, if the customer gives us notice to terminate their parking booking in the current month, you should be able to do so via TeamHub, by following the steps below and changing the end date of the parking in question to the last day of the current month.

  • Go to TeamHub > Company > (select company) > View/amend upcoming invoice.
  • Click the on the Recurring tab and then on Parking
  • Once selected, use the Edit icon to adjust the end date of the parking service accordingly.

Note that in some markets we may apply a longer notice period (i.e. matching our notice period to the parking provider), and in such cases we should apply the same notice period to the customer to avoid an additional cost to us.

In some cases, the option to change the end date may be greyed out and it may happen when the customer has already terminated their office agreement with a future end date – this results in their parking also automatically terminated with the same date as the office. If that is the case, you should first ask the GSC Billing team to roll back the termination of the parking in question (via TeamHub > Company > (select company) > Log a task> Booking correction) and once completed you will be able to adjust the end date per the instructions above.

If you are still unable to do this, please raise an IT ticket and also create a new booking correction task for the Billing team to process this manually with reference to this IT ticket.
